Our community commitment

We are deeply invested in making a difference. Chiquita Strong volunteers with non-profit organizations dedicated to innocent projects and wrongful convictions, often at reduced rates for complex cases. We are also proud co-founders of Godly Girl Boss, a Christian organization empowering women. Our community involvement extends to being on the board of Hope House for Girls, where we serve as a brand consultant for this group home. We actively participate on the board for the Black Wall Street (BWS) initiative and Prevention Zone Inc., an organization focused on children of incarcerated families. Additionally, we are a member of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and TALI (Texas Association of Licensed Investigators) to further our community impact.

Godly Girl Boss

Mission Statement

Prevention Zone Inc (PZI) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to advancing criminal justice reform, advocating for wrongfully convicted individuals, and fostering family unity. Our mission extends to addressing the unique challenges faced by children with incarcerated mothers, fathers, or caregivers, empowering them to become proactive contributors to society.

Vision Statement

Prevention Zone Inc vision is a fair and rehabilitative criminal justice system where wrongfully convicted citizens are successfully reintegrated, families thrive in supportive environments, and young people have access to positive opportunities.

Why We Need Your Help!

Our nonprofit is committed to criminal justice reform by preventing youth involvement and supporting those already affected. With over 49,000 juvenile referrals in Texas in 2022, programs like Operation Outreach for at-risk youth and InsideOut Dad for incarcerated fathers are vital. We also support Students with Incarcerated Parents (SWIP) and exonerees, helping them overcome emotional, academic, and reentry challenges.
